Return and Exchange Policy

Right of Withdrawal: Customers worldwide have the right to cancel their purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, provided it is in its original packaging and unused.

Exchange and Return Procedures: Customers must contact us in advance for exchanges and returns. Products returned without prior communication may not be accepted. The return shipping cost to our distribution center is the customer’s responsibility, except in cases of manufacturing defects.

Refund Processing Time: Once it is confirmed that the product is in perfect condition, the refund will be processed and credited to the original payment method within 14 business days.

Conditions for Acceptance: Used or damaged products, or items without their original packaging, will not be accepted for returns or exchanges.
